St. John United Church of Christ – “Food Raiser”- St. John UCC is an active congregation located in Reading. Our Mission Statement is:  As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are called by God and empowered by the Holy Spirit to worship, to serve our community in Christian love, and to nurture our members along their spiritual journey.  Part of serving our community is to host a church-supported Food Pantry, which is open twice a week.  Instead of the usual $25/carload, you may bring a bag(s) of non-perishables such as spaghetti, peanut butter, spaghetti sauce, canned meat, etc.  as your entrance fee.
